The PortX Rescue SRL is part of a personal fall arrest system. It provides protection from accidental falls that may occur in the work environment
If an accidental fall does occur, the automatic braking system will activate
PortX Rescue is equipped with a manual winching unit which can be engaged by activating the retrieval mode activator should it be necessary to perform a rescue
This equipment is designed for ONE person with a total weight less than 140kg, including any clothing and equipment the person is carrying
The PortX Rescue is provided with a standard universal bracket which can be fitted to the following range of Reid Lifting products:-
- TDW Davit
- TDDW Davit
- PDQW Column or Backstay Davit (RAWB000095 sheave bracket PDQ column Medium required)
- Porta-Gantry Small or Medium size (all ratings)
- Porta-Gantry Rapide (all sizes & rating)
