Modular Spreader Beams provide the ideal solution for most lifting requirements - versatile and cost-effective

The modular configuration and interchangeable components enable these Spreader Beams to be reused over many lists

The MOD12 Spreader Beam consists of 1x pair of 250mm End Units and Drop Links, 2x 6.5ton Alloy Bow Shackles and 2x 8.5ton Alloy Bow Shackles, with intermediate struts that can be bolted into the assembly to achieve different spans (MAX SPAN OF BEAM= 4MTRS), please see below for configurations (different configurations and extra struts are available, please contact our sales team for more information):-

• MOD12-1M-RS - 2x 250mm End Units, 1x 500mm strut
• MOD12-1.5M-RS - 2x 250mm End Units, 1x 1000mm strut
• MOD12-2M-RS - 2x 250mm End Units, 1x 1500mm strut
• MOD12-2.5M-RS  - 2x 250mm End Units, 1x 1500mm strut, 1x 500mm strut
• MOD12-3M-RS - 2x 250mm End Units, 1x 1500mm strut, 1x 1000mm strut
• MOD12-3.5M-RS - 2x 250mm End Units, 1x 1500mm strut, 1x 1000mm strut, 1x 500mm strut
• MOD12-4M-RS - 2x 250mm End Units, 1x 1500mm strut, 1x 1000mm strut, 1x 750mm strut, 1x 250mm strut

MOD12 - BEAM SPECIFICATION

• Rated at 12tonne SWL at 4mtr span (30° 'Sling to Vertical' angle)
• For 45° 'Sling to Vertical' angle - please see loading chart for SWL
• End Units & Drop Links are rated at 6tonnes WLL each (12tonnes combined capacity)
• Bolt tightening torque: 90Nm.  Spanner size required: 19mm
• Recommended additional equipment: Torque Wrench, Podger Spanner and Ring Spanner
• Fully certified and tested
• Used by many of the leading Rental and Crane Hire companies
